About the Role
The Client Strategist position at EyeCarePro is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a unique blend of digital marketing expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of client engagements and developing innovative, data-driven strategies to drive measurable growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including SEO, web development, content, and design, to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client needs.The role is ideal for someone who excels at building strong client relationships, communicating complex ideas in a clear and simple way, and thinking critically to solve problems. You will operate within a structured system that leverages technology, data, AI solutions, and collaboration to deliver meaningful value to clients, while also identifying opportunities to improve workflows, automations, and overall efficiency.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for an assigned portfolio of client engagements, delivering an exceptional experience and maintaining high retention
- Develop and guide digital marketing strategies aligned with client goals, tracking key performance metrics and continuously refining strategies based on data, trends, and evolving client needs
- Communicate the value and impact of our work by preparing and delivering reports, translating performance data into clear, actionable insights
- Partner with internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables are executed on time and aligned with client goals
- Utilize SaaS platforms, reporting systems, and AI tools to manage and optimize performance, identifying opportunities to improve workflows
- Stay organized while managing multiple priorities and learning new tools, systems, and technologies quickly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of sales strategies
- Participate in the continuous improvement of our processes, tools, and methodologies
- Contribute to the development of case studies, whitepapers, and other marketing materials to showcase our expertise
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing marketing role, agency setting, or as a lead marketer within a professional service organization
- Experience with digital marketing channels such as SEO, PPC, website design, social media, email marketing, and content marketing
- Technical proficiency in platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Business Profiles, CRM systems, and SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Experience in eye care, healthcare, or professional services is a plus
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and processes
