About the Role
The Client Success Coach role at Impact Clients is a full-time, remote position that requires a unique blend of mentorship, sales, and digital skills. As a Client Success Coach, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their online digital arbitrage business journey, providing support and guidance every step of the way. You will be working closely with a team of like-minded professionals who are passionate about helping others achieve their goals.In this role, you will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines to manage. What You Will Do
- Conduct new onboarding calls with clients to welcome them to our program
- Conduct check-in coaching calls with clients to hold them accountable and provide motivation and inspiration
- Message clients on a daily basis to provide support and guidance
- Moderate our community and provide support to clients as needed
- Participate in weekly group coaching calls to answer client questions and provide guidance
- Help innovate our products by creating and producing new video trainings and worksheets
- Take renewal and upgrade calls with clients to enroll them in our backend coaching programs
- Report on multiple communication channels, including Slack, text message, and spreadsheets
- Stay up-to-date with our tech stack, including Loom, ActiveCampaign, Slack, Zapier, Calendly, GSuite, and CRM
What We Are Looking For
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with our tech stack, including Loom, ActiveCampaign, Slack, Zapier, Calendly, GSuite, and CRM
- Ability to commit to full-time hours, with some evenings and weekends required
- Fluency in English, with accent-neutral pronunciation

- Experience with organic marketing on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Sales background, with a focus on consultative selling
- Experience with client success management, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences
