About the Role

The Client Success Coach position at Impact Clients is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing team dedicated to helping individuals launch successful online digital arbitrage businesses. As a Client Success Coach, you will be responsible for guiding clients through their journey, providing mentorship, and ensuring they achieve their goals. As a key member of the team, you will be working closely with clients, providing support, and driving results. What You Will Do

  • Conduct new onboarding calls daily to welcome in new students
  • Conduct check-in coaching calls daily to hold clients accountable, motivate, and inspire them
  • Message clients on a daily basis to hold them accountable to their plan of execution towards their goals
  • Moderate the community and ensure clients are engaged and supported
  • Participate in weekly group coaching calls to answer client questions and provide guidance
  • Help innovate products by creating and producing new video trainings and worksheets
  • Take renewal and upgrade calls with clients and enroll them into backend coaching programs
  • Stay up-to-date with the company's tech stack, including Loom, ActiveCampaign, Slack, Zapier, Calendly, GSuite, and CRM
  • Provide daily reporting on multiple communication channels, including Slack, text message, and spreadsheets
  • Develop and implement new, more efficient standard operating procedures to ensure the Fulfillment Team hits their KPIs

What We Are Looking For

  • A coach or mentor at heart with a passion for helping people
  • Clear, professional communication skills, both spoken and written English
  • Experience with organic marketing on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, including creating reels and organic posts to generate organic leads
  • Sales background and ability to handle fast-paced environments, multiple clients, and changing priorities
  • Willingness to grow with the company long-term and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities
  • Open to feedback and constructive coaching
  • Comfortable with tools like Loom, Calendly, Slack, GSuite, CRMs, etc., or willing to learn quickly
  • High attention to detail and ability to understand systems and processes

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a remote environment and managing multiple time zones
  • Knowledge of digital arbitrage businesses and online education platforms
  • Familiarity with project management tools and software
