The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve maintaining continuous engagement with clients to increase value and build confidence in Breezeway's product. This will be achieved through functional and conceptual instruction, providing ongoing education on new features, and identifying upsell opportunities. What You Will Do

  • Ensure clients have a comprehensive understanding of Breezeway's platform, technical capabilities, and how to enable their success
  • Learn about each client's unique business needs and how they align with future product development
  • Accelerate new user adoption through functional and conceptual instruction
  • Provide ongoing education on new features and products to drive further adoption
  • Maintain continuous engagement with clients to increase value and build confidence in the product
  • Identify upsell opportunities and develop strategies for engagement, adoption, and success planning
  • Analyze data and client feedback to drive value and inform product development
  • Represent the voice of the client internally and provide feedback to enable continuous development and improvement
  • Apply a solution-oriented approach to meeting client needs and escalate client issues quickly
  • Develop and execute success plans tailored to each client's needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to drive business growth and improve client satisfaction

What We Are Looking For

  • 2-4 years of experience in client success or account management
  • Experience promoting SaaS solutions in a client success role
  • Strong project management and prioritization methods
  • Experience with CRM software and web-based tools
  • Proven ability to effectively juggle multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong understanding of digital skills and their application in a business context
  • Experience in the property management industry is a bonus
  • Experience working in startups is a plus
