About the Role

The Client Success Manager role at Lantern is a highly dynamic and rewarding position that requires a unique blend of skills, including strategic thinking, excellent communication, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of the Lantern team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing and executing account plans, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships. You will work closely with clients, brokers, and consultants to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements. The role is ideal for a highly motivated and organized individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional results and making a real difference in the lives of patients.

Day-to-day, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating deliverables across internal teams, and resolving issues as they arise. You will also work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to drive growth. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a portfolio of clients, developing and executing account plans to drive business growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and consultants
  • Coordinate deliverables across internal teams, ensuring timely and effective delivery of services
  • Resolve issues as they arise, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans
  • Develop and deliver business reviews, presentations, and other materials as required
  • Manage client communication, ensuring regular touchpoints and proactive feedback solicitation
  • Identify trends and opportunities to improve client engagement and drive better outcomes
  • Develop and execute plans to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the healthcare industry
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, using digital collaboration tools
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth
  • Experience in managing client relationships, developing and executing account plans

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in a specialty care platform
  • Knowledge of data analytics and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Certification in sales or account management, such as CSO or CSM
