The Client Success Manager II plays a critical role in driving business growth and client satisfaction at NextGen Healthcare. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute comprehensive client strategies to drive business growth and client satisfaction
- Manage a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients, including large and strategic accounts
- Foster strong relationships with client decision-makers, including C-suite leaders and key physician champions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies
- Analyze client data to identify areas for improved adoption and provide consultative support to clients
- Plan and facilitate regular business reviews with clients and internal stakeholders
- Identify and communicate growth opportunities within existing accounts to support client success and revenue expansion
- Develop and maintain a structured cadence of governance, risk management, operational reviews, and communications to ensure delivery excellence and fulfillment of contractual commitments
- Provide input to product and service teams, contributing to innovation and the development of new offerings
- Perform additional duties as required to support the overall success of client relationships and organizational goals
What We Are Looking For
- 8 years of experience in account management, sales, or related fields
- 6 years of experience in healthcare information technology (HIT) or a related field
- Strong knowledge of healthcare technology solutions and business models
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to analyze complex client data and develop strategic solutions
- Strong business acumen and understanding of the healthcare industry
- Experience working with mid-market and enterprise clients
- Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
