About the Role
Client success is at the heart of Sell More Homes' operations, and as a Client Success Manager, you will be the pivotal point of contact for all active clients. Your primary objective is to ensure clients achieve desired results, feel supported throughout their journey, and ultimately renew their engagement. This role is not about merely managing schedules or taking notes; it's about being proactive, identifying potential issues before they escalate, and coordinating with the team to resolve them promptly.The real estate coaching landscape is evolving, with technology and paid advertising playing increasingly critical roles. Sell More Homes is a fast-growing operations consultancy that has already made a significant impact by helping over 60 real estate agents build predictable and scalable businesses. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with media buyers, tech support, and virtual assistants to ensure campaigns are not only running smoothly but also delivering the desired outcomes. Your ability to think in systems, communicate proactively, and navigate the intricacies of digital marketing will be invaluable.
What You Will Do
- Onboard new clients, including kickoff calls, collecting necessary assets, and setting clear expectations and KPIs.
- Conduct weekly or bi-weekly check-in calls with clients and proactively review performance dashboards to identify areas of improvement.
- Coordinate with internal teams such as media buyers, tech support, and virtual assistants to keep campaigns running effectively.
- Lead renewal and upsell conversations, focusing on retention and relationship building.
- Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), keep the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system updated, and collect testimonials and case studies.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate coaching market and its trends.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align client success strategies with sales objectives.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge in digital marketing and client success.
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in account management, client success, or agency operations, preferably in the digital marketing or real estate sector.
- Proven track record of success in managing client relationships, preferably in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including paid advertising, particularly Meta Ads.
- Experience with tools like Go High Level, Meta Ads Manager, and Zoom, or the ability to learn them quickly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret data.
- Experience in creating and maintaining SOPs and updating CRM systems.
- High level of organization and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Knowledge of AI and its applications in marketing and business operations.
