About the Role

As a Client Success Manager at Integrated Hire, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our US-based small and medium-sized business clients. Your primary responsibility will be to manage client onboarding, communication, and retention, working closely with our sales, recruitment, and delivery teams to provide a seamless experience for our clients. You will be the main point of contact for clients, serving as a trusted advisor and liaison between Integrated Hire and our clients.

What You Will Do

  • Manage client onboarding, including leading or joining onboarding calls, confirming client requirements, and setting clear expectations for the internal team
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, monitor client interviews, and ensure a smooth recruitment process
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, recruitment, and delivery, to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks, escalating sensitive issues to internal personnel as needed
  • Analyze client feedback, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance the client experience
  • Manage multiple client relationships simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve client success

What We Are Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in client success, account management, operations, recruitment coordination, or a similar client-facing role
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with US-based clients
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients simultaneously
  • Experience working with US-based clients or companies, with a deep understanding of their expectations and requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
  • Experience with CRM, ATS, project management, or client communication tools is an asset
  • Background in operations, executive support, or customer success is preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience in staffing, recruitment, outsourcing, BPO, or remote team management
  • Familiarity with US-based small and medium-sized businesses, with a deep understanding of their unique challenges and requirements
  • Experience supporting SMB clients in the US, with a proven track record of success
  • Certification in client success, account management, or a related field is an asset
