About the Role
As a Clinical Educator at Curana Health, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering high-quality, self-paced clinical learning experiences for healthcare professionals serving senior communities. Your expertise in clinical practice, combined with strong learning design skills, will be crucial in developing engaging and effective educational content. What You Will Do
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality self-paced clinical learning modules, including e-learning content, instructional videos, assessments, job aids, and tip sheets.
- Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to improve retention, confidence, and on-the-job behavior among learners.
- Facilitate virtual and live learning experiences, such as orientation sessions, case-based discussions, and office hours, to reinforce self-paced learning and support application and discussion.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and clinical leadership to ensure learning content is clinically accurate and operationally realistic.
- Partner with Learning Operations to support reliable tracking, reporting, and learner experience.
- Use completion data, assessment results, and learner feedback to continuously refine and improve learning experiences.
- Build and publish courses in Curana's Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring learning is trackable and reportable.
- Support high-impact learning moments where live interaction meaningfully improves understanding or adoption.
- Share learning design best practices, templates, and approaches that improve consistency and quality across learning assets.
What We Are Looking For
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with a strong clinical background.
- Experience in designing and delivering learning experiences, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Ability to translate complex clinical information into clear, practical learning experiences.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to engage learners in virtual and live settings.
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning development tools.
