Job Description

About the Role

ki:elements is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to bridge the gap between its European team and global clinical trials in US time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the support desk during US business hours to ensure timely support for users
  • Translate clinical protocols into system logic
  • Set up new studies, including user permissions and study-specific parameters
  • Monitor study progress, identify performance issues, and generate reports
  • Act as the primary technical point of contact for trial sponsors

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Clinical Operations, Clinical Data Management, or Technical Support for clinical trials
  • High attention to detail and understanding of configuration errors' impact on trials
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

  • Familiarize yourself with EDC, ePRO, and other clinical trial management systems to stand out as a candidate
