About the Role
ki:elements is seeking a Clinical Operations Coordinator to bridge the gap between its European team and global clinical trials in US time zones.Responsibilities
- Drive the support desk during US business hours to ensure timely support for users
- Translate clinical protocols into system logic
- Set up new studies, including user permissions and study-specific parameters
- Monitor study progress, identify performance issues, and generate reports
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for trial sponsors
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Clinical Operations, Clinical Data Management, or Technical Support for clinical trials
- High attention to detail and understanding of configuration errors' impact on trials
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
How to Stand Out
- Familiarize yourself with EDC, ePRO, and other clinical trial management systems to stand out as a candidate
- Highlight your experience with SQL, Browser DevTools, and API/Log in your application
