As a Clinical Pharmacist at Local Infusion, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional care and improving patient outcomes. What You Will Do
- Provide comprehensive clinical management for specialty pharmacy patients
- Identify and lead initiatives to optimize therapy access and utilization
- Partner with providers and interdisciplinary care teams to coordinate and enhance treatment plans
- Contribute to cross-functional efforts to improve care delivery, quality, and patient outcomes
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement clinical protocols and guidelines
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including patients, providers, and payers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in specialty pharmacy and infusion therapies
- Contribute to the development of new initiatives and programs to improve care delivery and quality
What We Are Looking For
- Active and unrestricted professional license in applicable state(s)
- Experience in specialty or infusion pharmacy preferred
- Strong clinical and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Experience with electronic health records and other healthcare technology systems
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
