About the Role
As a Clinical Pharmacist at Arine, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to improving patient outcomes through optimized medication management. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve utilizing Arine's software platform to provide expert-level medication therapy consultations to patients and providers. You'll work closely with the Engineering team and leadership to continuously improve the platform, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of patients and healthcare providers. Under the supervision of a Pharmacist Lead, you'll be responsible for managing your workload independently, demonstrating accountability and reliability in your work.The Clinical Pharmacist role is a patient-facing, phone-based position that requires strong communication skills, compassion, and a patient-centric approach. You'll spend a significant portion of your day engaging with patients, providers, and pharmacies, addressing complex medication challenges and developing personalized care plans. What You Will Do
- Provide expert-level medication therapy consultations to patients and providers
- Complete medication reviews and adherence counseling
- Collaborate with the Engineering team and leadership to improve Arine's software platform
- Develop and deliver personalized care plans to patients and their care teams
- Manage your workload independently, demonstrating accountability and reliability
- Stay continuously up-to-date on developments in the fast-moving drug field, including emerging patterns, treatment guidelines, and best practices
- Engage with patients, providers, and pharmacies to address complex medication challenges
- Utilize Arine's software platform to optimize patient outcomes and improve healthcare services
- Participate in ongoing coaching and feedback to support individual growth and performance improvement
What We Are Looking For
- Current licensure as a Pharmacist in the United States
- Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail in documentation
- Comfort working with technology, including Excel and other software applications
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-centric approach and compassion for patients with complex medication challenges
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a role related to medication management
Nice to Have
- Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare technology systems
- Certification in a specialized area of pharmacy practice, such as ambulatory care or pharmacotherapy
- Experience working with data analytics and performance metrics
