Clinical Pharmacology Intern (Remote, US)

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be a current Master's, PharmD, or PhD candidate in Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacokinetics, or a related field. They will have a strong foundation in clinical pharmacology and drug development, as well as excellent written and communication skills. As a team player with interpersonal skills, they will be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and contribute to the preparation of documents and presentations.

What You Will Do

• Support clinical pharmacology activities in support of drug development
• Assist with the review, organization, and interpretation of scientific data
• Participate in cross-functional team discussions and meetings
• Contribute to the preparation of documents and presentations
• Conduct background research and summarize relevant scientific literature
• Assist with exploratory analyses and visualization of data
• Contribute to ad hoc projects as needed
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to advance clinical pharmacology strategies
• Design, execute, and interpret studies, including first-in-human, drug interaction, and biopharmaceutics studies
• Review and interpret PK/PD data generated during clinical trials

What We Are Looking For

• Current Master’s, PharmD, or PhD candidate in Clinical Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacokinetics, or a related field
• Familiarity with clinical pharmacology and drug development
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong foundation in data analysis and interpretation
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Familiarity with Excel and other data analysis tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to commit to the entire duration of the internship
• Strong research and analytical skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with clinical trial design and execution
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines
• Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques
• Experience with publication or presentation of research findings
