## What You Will Do - Provide high-quality counselling services to clients via remote platforms - Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual client needs - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care - Participate in regular supervision and case management meetings - Contribute to the development of new programs and initiatives - Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field - Utilize digital tools and platforms to manage client data and communicate with the team - Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the company's policies and procedures - Provide feedback and suggestions for improving services and processes - Participate in ongoing professional development and training

## What We Are Looking For - Master's degree in Counselling or Counselling Psychology - Active membership or registration with a relevant professional body (ACA or PACFA) - 1-3 years of supervised counselling experience - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong digital literacy and ability to work with remote platforms - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Commitment to ongoing professional development and growth - General registration with AHPRA (for Clinical Psychology roles) - Area of Practice Endorsement in Clinical Psychology (preferred)

## Nice to Have - Experience working with diverse client populations - Knowledge of digital mental health platforms and tools - Certification in specialized areas of practice (e.g. CBT, DBT) - Experience with program development and implementation
