About the Role
As a Clinical Provider at Intellect, you will play a crucial role in supporting the mental health and personal growth of clients through the company's telehealth platform. This role involves working collaboratively with the internal clinical team to deliver high-quality care and suggest improvements to the program and platform. The clinical team at Intellect is committed to delivering evidence-based care, and as a Clinical Provider, you will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of clients, including those struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health concerns.
What You Will Do
- Provide 1-on-1 telehealth support to clients, focusing on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, and trauma
- Deliver high-quality care and support to clients, using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
- Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the individual needs and goals of clients
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions and progress
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date with best practices and new developments in the field
- Provide support and guidance to clients, helping them to develop coping strategies and achieve their mental health goals
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for clients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in the field, attending training sessions and workshops as required
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving the telehealth platform and services
What We Are Looking For
- A Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology
- At least 300 clinical hours post-master's degree
- Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds and ages
- Strong knowledge of evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work flexibly and autonomously, with strong time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English and local language
- Experience working in a telehealth or online therapy setting
- Familiarity with electronic health records and other digital tools
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) or counselling working adults
- Experience working in a managerial or coaching role
- Certification in a specific therapeutic approach, such as DBT or SFBT
- Experience working with clients with complex mental health needs
- Familiarity with cultural competence and working with diverse client populations
