Clinical Provider (Italy)

About the Role

As a Clinical Provider, you will work closely with the internal clinical team, suggesting improvements to the program and the platform. Your expertise and feedback will be invaluable in shaping the services offered by Intellect. The role requires a deep understanding of clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and other mental health challenges, and the ability to apply evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

What You Will Do

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth support to clients, focusing on their mental health and personal growth.
• Conduct scheduled 60-minute video sessions on the Intellect platform.
• Collaborate with the internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and the platform.
• Work with clients on clinical cases such as depression, anxiety, trauma, schizophrenia, eating disorders, and addiction.
• Apply evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, SFBT, etc.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client sessions and progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and any recommendations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of the clinical team.
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in mental health support.
• Provide mental health coaching and support tailored to the individual needs and goals of each client.

What We Are Looking For

• A Master's degree in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
• At least 300 clinical hours post-master's degree.
• Skill in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy or other evidence-based approaches.
• The ability to communicate in English and your local language.
• Previous experience in EAP, counselling working adults, or coaching managerial roles.
• Candidates who are open to working onsite if necessary.
• A strong passion for delivering high-quality mental health support.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and technology.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience working with telehealth platforms.
• Knowledge of additional languages, enhancing the ability to support a diverse client base.
• Experience in supervising or mentoring junior professionals.
• A certificate in a specialized area of mental health support.
