About the Role

As a Clinical Psychologist at LifeStance Health, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. What You Will Do

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnoses for patients
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Provide ongoing psychotherapy and counseling services to patients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Utilize Excel to maintain accurate and detailed patient records
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field
  • Contribute to the development of new programs and services

What We Are Looking For

  • PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology
  • Full licensure and credentials in the state of practice
  • Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
  • Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with electronic health records and Excel
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development
