About the Role
As a Clinical Psychologist at LifeStance Health, you will be an integral part of a dynamic team dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. What You Will Do
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments and diagnoses for patients
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
- Provide ongoing psychotherapy and counseling services to patients
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Utilize Excel to maintain accurate and detailed patient records
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and advancements in the field
- Contribute to the development of new programs and services
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- PsyD or PhD in Clinical Psychology
- Full licensure and credentials in the state of practice
- Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations
- Strong assessment and diagnostic skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience with electronic health records and Excel
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- Strong organizational and time management skills
