About the Role
The Clinical Sales Specialist role at Henry Schein is a critical position focused on driving the growth of the company's dental product lines within assigned territories. As a key member of the sales team, this specialist will partner with Field Sales Consultants, Regional General Managers, and other stakeholders to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. The primary goal is to increase revenue, profitability, and market share for Henry Schein's products in the designated territory.The role requires a deep understanding of the dental industry, including current trends, challenges, and innovations. The successful candidate will have a strong ability to analyze market conditions, identify areas for growth, and develop effective sales strategies. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share for Henry Schein's dental products
- Conduct regular business reviews with Regional General Managers to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Provide ongoing support and training to Field Sales Consultants to enhance their knowledge and sales skills
- Partner with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments to maintain a competitive edge
- Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations to customers and internal stakeholders
- Utilize CRM and analytics tools to track sales performance, customer interactions, and market trends
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials, launch new products, and implement sales strategies
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Henry Schein's product portfolio and its applications
What We Are Looking For
- 2-5 years of sales experience in the dental or medical industry, with a proven track record of success
- Strong knowledge of dental products and technologies, including biomaterials and endodontic solutions
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and partnership
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or a life science
