Job Description

About the Role

The Clinical Talk Therapist is a key member of the clinical team, responsible for delivering high-quality care to participants. This role involves working closely with the Operations team to improve process efficiency and with the Clinical team to enhance the delivery of clinical care.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver 30 hours of direct counseling care per week
  • Conduct concurrent note-taking during sessions
  • Develop treatment plans and other documentation as required
  • Participate in treatment team meetings and weekly Synchronous Health team meetings
  • Advocate for participants and liaise with Customer Success activities

Requirements

  • Licensed LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Massachusetts
  • Informed on state tele-health policies
  • Comfortable with technology and conducting sessions via tele-health
  • Ability to build therapeutic relationships in a virtual setting
