About the Role
The Clinical Trial Educator I role at Lifelancer is a unique opportunity to drive trial recruitment and support study-specific training needs for Alzheimer's clinical trials. As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with research staff and stakeholders to optimize site experience and performance. Your expertise will be crucial in developing study-specific action plans, providing education to healthcare professionals, and reinforcing study protocols.The role is home-based, offering the flexibility to work remotely, but also requires high flexibility for travel up to 70% of the time. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about clinical research, possess excellent communication skills, and are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do
- Develop and implement study-specific action plans to accelerate patient recruitment
- Provide education to healthcare professionals and their staff on study protocols and procedures
- Collaborate with research sites to identify and address study-specific challenges
- Maintain and analyze customer records to customize strategies for maximizing patient recruitment
- Partner with referral networks to identify potential subjects for trials
- Complete internal electronic reporting systems and organize group events to optimize program delivery
- Manage objections raised by stakeholders and provide effective solutions
- Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of specialty and disease areas
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful trial execution
- Travel to research sites as required to support study activities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including researchers, healthcare professionals, and patients
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences or a related field, or equivalent professional qualifications
- Advanced Spanish, English, and fluency in Portuguese
- Registered Nurse or other licensed healthcare professional
- 1-2 years of relevant clinical or research experience, such as Study Coordinator or similar
- Solid clinical knowledge in the applicable therapeutic area, with a focus on Neurology
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, with confidence in engaging diverse stakeholders
- Proven ability to work independently, manage priorities, and execute tasks with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to coordinate activities across multiple functions
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, with the ability to quickly assess situations and propose effective solutions
- Strong customer-service orientation and commitment to supporting site needs
Nice to Have
- Experience working in clinical trials, particularly in Alzheimer's research
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with electronic data capture systems and clinical trial management software
- Certification in clinical research or a related field
