About the Role
Paymentology is seeking a skilled Cloud Engineer to strengthen its cloud infrastructure foundations. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on AWS multi-account governance, IAM security controls, and Infrastructure as Code automation.Responsibilities
- Support and enhance Paymentology's AWS cloud foundation, including multi-account governance and Service Control Policy guardrails
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IAM roles, policies, and access controls
- Develop, modularize, and govern Terraform-based Infrastructure as Code
- Integrate infrastructure automation into CI/CD pipelines
Requirements
- Strong experience with AWS, including multi-account governance and IAM security controls
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code, preferably using Terraform
- Experience with Excel and other relevant tools
How to Stand Out
- Familiarize yourself with AWS Organizations, Landing Zone frameworks, and Service Control Policy guardrails to stand out in the application process
- Be prepared to walk the interviewer through your experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code
- Highlight any relevant experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
- Showcase your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Platform Engineering and Security
- Emphasize your understanding of security controls, compliance requirements, and operational reliability
