About the Role
The Cloud Field Engineering Manager will lead a team of field engineers, helping customers implement Canonical's open source solutions in public clouds and data centers. The team works across the spectrum of cloud offerings, from Ubuntu to virtualisation, private cloud, Kubernetes, and more.Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues and engage in presales conversations with customers
- Contribute to project delivery and shape the team's direction, focus, and delivery
- Design and develop new open source solutions to meet customer needs
