About the Role
Allstate is seeking a skilled Cloud FinOps engineer to join their FinOps team. This role combines engineering acumen with financial insight to optimize resource utilization and drive cost efficiency across cloud, on-prem, SaaS, and hybrid platforms.Responsibilities
- Deliver actionable intelligence on resource utilization and cost trends across public cloud, on-prem, and SaaS platforms
- Identify and facilitate opportunities for cost savings through workload optimization, licensing strategies, and vendor negotiations
- Oversee cloud billing and manage enterprise-wide discount programs
