Job Description
About the Role
The Cloud Professional Services Manager will lead a team of cloud solutions architects, working closely with customers to design and implement private and public cloud solutions. This includes on-premise solutions like Openstack, MicroCloud, and Ceph, as well as public cloud deployments of technologies like Kubernetes, Kubeflow, and PostgreSQL.Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot technical issues and engage in presales conversations with customers
- Contribute to project delivery while focusing on team direction, focus, and delivery
- Shape the team’s technical strategy and ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with cloud solutions architectures
- Strong technical leadership and management skills
- Ability to work remotely and manage global teams effectively
