About the Role

Canonical is seeking a Cloud Solutions Architect to join its Alliances team. The successful candidate will help major partners, including Intel and Google, understand and adopt Canonical's open source platform.

Responsibilities

  • Support various alliances and partners in adopting Canonical's products and technologies
  • Help business leaders define joint go-to-market programs with partners from a technical standpoint
  • Apply expert insights to real-world customer problems, enabling the enterprise adoption of Ubuntu, OpenStack, Kubernetes, AI/MLOps, and associated technologies

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Excel
  • Experience in cloud native operations and open source platforms

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of the whole open source stack, from kernel to desktop, from cloud to the edge
  • Familiarity with business problems and the ability to speak the language of customers and their industries
