About the Role

The Cloud Solutions Architect role at Bright Vision Technologies is a critical position that requires a deep understanding of cloud computing and its applications. As a Cloud Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and governing cloud-native solutions across various domains, including compute, networking, data, identity, and security. You will work closely with business stakeholders, security architects, and engineering teams to translate strategic objectives into pragmatic, scalable, and cost-effective cloud architectures.

The ideal candidate will have a strong breadth of knowledge across modern cloud capabilities and depth in at least one major cloud provider. You will need to have the architectural judgment to balance time-to-market, cost, security, and long-term maintainability. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include designing end-to-end cloud solutions, leading solution architecture reviews, and defining cloud landing zones, account structures, and tagging strategies.

What You Will Do

  • Design end-to-end cloud solutions covering compute, networking, storage, identity, data, and observability layers
  • Lead solution architecture reviews and approval processes for major cloud initiatives
  • Define cloud landing zone, account structure, and tagging strategies for new and existing workloads
  • Establish reference architectures, blueprints, and reusable patterns adopted across engineering teams
  • Architect security, identity, and compliance controls embedded into the cloud foundation
  • Design networking topologies including VPC/VNet design, transit hubs, hybrid connectivity, and private endpoints
  • Lead cloud migration, modernization, and re-platforming initiatives across application portfolios
  • Drive cost optimization, capacity planning, and FinOps practices across the cloud estate
  • Partner with security architects to embed identity, data protection, and compliance controls from the outset
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cloud solutions meet business requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
  • Experience with cloud migration, modernization, and re-platforming initiatives
  • Strong understanding of cloud security, identity, and compliance controls
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with cloud cost optimization, capacity planning, and FinOps practices
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems

Nice to Have

  • Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes
  • Knowledge of cloud-based data analytics and machine learning services
  • Familiarity with cloud-based identity and access management solutions
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL
