About the Role
Canonical is seeking a Cloud Support Engineer to support the technical needs of customers leveraging Ubuntu and open source products. The company is a pioneer of global distributed collaboration with a founder-led, profitable, and growing business model.Responsibilities
- Investigate issues reported by customers through research and escalation
- Resolve complex customer problems related to Canonical’s portfolio of products
- Ensure each support case is handled according to the Service Level Agreement (SLA) with high customer satisfaction
- Engage directly with customers via phone, ticketing system, and remote sessions
- Participate in a regular weekend working rotation
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and maintain existing ones
