About the Role

Ray Therapeutics is seeking a CMC Technical Development Specialist to join their team, supporting the development of innovative gene therapies. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in AAV analytical development and a strong background in biochemistry or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with analytical development and process development teams to develop, qualify, and validate AAV gene therapy assays
  • Develop analytical methods and support method optimization/characterization
  • Execute analytical assays, including molecular biology, chemical/biochemical, and cell-based biological potency assays
  • Develop protocols for analytical transfer, qualification, and validation studies

Requirements

  • BA/BS in Biochemistry, Biology, or a related field
  • Experience in AAV analytical development and gene therapy
