About the Role

As a Collections Analyst at Elevenlabs, you will play a vital role in managing the collections cycle for outstanding receivables, ensuring timely payment resolutions and maintaining strong customer relationships. You will work closely with the Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, and Customer Success teams to identify and resolve payment issues, track aging buckets, and contribute to quarterly CECL analysis. Your expertise in Excel will be essential in analyzing collections data, identifying trends, and providing insights to inform business decisions.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a large portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely payment resolutions and minimizing outstanding receivables
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, resolving payment disputes and providing excellent customer service
  • Analyze collections data, identifying trends and providing insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Receivable, Revenue Accounting, and Customer Success teams to resolve payment issues and track aging buckets
  • Contribute to quarterly CECL analysis, providing data-driven insights to inform credit loss reporting
  • Build and maintain collections workflows, ensuring efficient and effective processes
  • Identify and escalate high-risk accounts, working with the team to develop strategies for resolution
  • Provide training and support to junior team members, sharing knowledge and expertise
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve collections processes

What We Are Looking For

  • Experience in managing a collections portfolio, including outreach, dispute resolution, and recovery
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights
  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Experience working with Accounts Receivable and Revenue Accounting teams
  • Knowledge of CECL analysis and credit loss reporting
