About the Role

Kong, The AI Connectivity Company, is seeking a Commercial Account Development Rep to drive growth and expansion across the EMEA commercial segment. As the front line of growth, this role is crucial in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to achieve business objectives.

As a Commercial Outbound ADR, you will be responsible for building and running outbound campaigns from idea to qualified meeting, engaging decision-makers across various channels, and partnering closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams. Your role will be pivotal in driving the company's growth and expansion strategies.

What You Will Do

  • Build and run outbound campaigns end-to-end, from idea to qualified meeting
  • Engage decision-makers across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video
  • Partner closely with Account Executives and Marketing teams to drive business objectives
  • Keep Salesforce clean and your pipeline tight, with a focus on process and efficiency
  • Utilize AI to boost productivity, work at pace, and personalize your messaging
  • Invest in your own development, with a manager who will meet you where you are and help you get to what's next
  • Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay up-to-date on industry trends
