About the Role
The Commercial Account Executive role at Zoom is a pivotal position that requires a unique blend of sales expertise, technical knowledge, and cultural adaptability. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the Italian market, fostering long-term relationships with commercial customers, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Zoom's innovative communication solutions.The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will involve working closely with Italian-speaking clients to understand their needs, develop tailored solutions, and provide exceptional customer service. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Italian market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your network and industry expertise
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs
- Conduct product pitches, demos, and presentations to showcase Zoom's communication solutions
- Analyze customer feedback, market trends, and sales data to inform sales strategies and optimize results
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, pipelines, and account plans to ensure accurate forecasting and revenue growth
- Work closely with the sales team to share best practices, knowledge, and expertise
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events to stay informed and build relationships
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of direct commercial sales experience in a CX, UCaaS, or CCaaS environment
- Native Italian language skills and fluency in English
- Strong business forecasting, pipeline development, and account management capabilities
- Proven track record of client satisfaction, consistent performance, and effective collaboration with internal teams and external partners
- Ability to conduct product pitches and deliver strategic, relevant messaging tailored to each sector audience
- Experience selling sophisticated solutions to commercial enterprises
- Strong understanding of the Italian market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances
