About the Role

Gitlab is seeking a Commercial Account Executive to sell its DevSecOps platform to mid-market clients in Ukraine and Cyprus. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the CEE market and be able to drive digital transformation.

Responsibilities

  • Own a broad book of business across a wide range of opportunity sizes
  • Guide small, fast-growing teams as well as more complex projects as they modernize their software delivery with Gitlab
  • Report to an Area Sales Manager and partner closely with business development, marketing, and technical teams
  • Run the full sales process, shaping the customer's journey and sharing root-cause insights on wins and losses
