Job Description

About the Role

As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be the primary connection between Gitlab and mid-market clients in Ukraine and Cyprus. You will sell and expand the adoption of Gitlab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform to organizations with up to 4,000 team members.

Responsibilities

  • Own a broad book of business across various opportunity sizes
  • Guide small and large teams in modernizing their software delivery with Gitlab
  • Report to an Area Sales Manager and partner with business development, marketing, and technical teams
  • Run the full sales process, from shaping customer journeys to sharing root-cause insights on wins and losses

Requirements

  • Experience in Mid-Market sales, preferably in the tech industry
  • Strong understanding of DevSecOps and AI-powered solutions
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and drive business outcomes
