About the Role
As a Commercial Account Executive at Gitlab, you will be the primary connection between Gitlab and customers in Ukraine and Cyprus. You will sell into organizations of up to 4,000 team members, helping them adopt and expand Gitlab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform.Responsibilities
- Own a broad book of business across a wide range of opportunity sizes
- Guide small, fast-growing teams as well as more complex projects as they modernize their software delivery with Gitlab
- Report to an Area Sales Manager and partner closely with business development, marketing, and technical teams
- Run the full sales process: shape the customer's journey, document buying criteria and processes, keep the pipeline accurate and evidence-based, and share root-cause insights on wins and losses
How to Stand Out
- Be prepared to showcase your sales and customer relationship skills, with a focus on mid-market sales
- Familiarize yourself with Gitlab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform and its applications
- Highlight your ability to work closely with cross-functional teams, including business development, marketing, and technical teams
