About the Role
As a Commercial Account Executive at SysAid Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving SaaS sales revenue and mastering the art of technical sales. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute a sales strategy within an assigned territory, identifying key prospects, building relationships, and closing deals. You will be the face of SysAid's innovative AI Service Management platform, working closely with internal teams to drive demand and optimize sales processes.The role entails a deep understanding of customer needs, both technical and business-related, and the ability to present clear, engaging solutions. You will be responsible for territory planning, researching prospect customers, and utilizing business development strategies to drive sales growth. With a strong focus on industry trends and competitive differentiation, you will stay ahead of the curve, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell SysAid's platform.
As a key member of the sales team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer experience. Your sales strategy will be tailored to your assigned territory, with a focus on building strong relationships with key decision-makers and driving revenue growth.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute a sales strategy within an assigned territory, identifying key prospects and building relationships
- Conduct thorough research on prospect customers, utilizing business development strategies to drive sales growth
- Present clear, engaging solutions to customers, highlighting the value proposition of SysAid's AI Service Management platform
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including IT teams, procurement, and senior executives
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive demand and optimize sales processes
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive differentiation, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell SysAid's platform
- Utilize sales tools, such as Salesforce, to track sales activity, manage leads, and analyze sales performance
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, both technical and business-related
- Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs and market trends, contributing to the continuous improvement of SysAid's platform
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5 years of experience in quota-carrying SaaS/B2B software sales as an Account Executive
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development, with a proven track record of driving results
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade technical and business audiences
- Experience with sales tools, such as Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, or similar platforms
- Confident negotiator, with experience discussing business terms with IT teams, procurement, and senior decision-makers
- Strong background in working with or selling to IT, with a deep understanding of technical sales and industry trends
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a strong focus on skills and experience

- Knowledge of IT service management and ITIL frameworks
- Certification in sales or a related field, such as Salesforce Administrator or Sales Cloud Consultant
