About the Role

Molecule.xyz is seeking a Commercial Associate to work closely with the CEO and Commercial Team, driving business development and investor relations. The company is building the foundation of Decentralized Science (DeSci), enabling community-owned, transparent, and faster-to-market research.

Responsibilities

  • Own follow-through on business development pipeline, tracking active partnerships and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders
  • Manage and build investor relations, maintaining relationships with existing investors and driving new relationships forward
  • Coordinate and prepare for high-stakes calls and meetings, ensuring the team is fully briefed
  • Draft and refine investor communications

Requirements

  • Commercial mindset and understanding of business development and investor relations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to context-switch between pharma, biotech, and investor conversations
  • Experience with Excel
