About the Role
The Commercial Lines Account Associate role at Savvital is a critical position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, language skills, and customer service abilities. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting a U.S.-based commercial insurance agency, handling insurance policies, and providing exceptional client servicing. Your day-to-day tasks will include managing the full lifecycle of policy servicing, quoting and submissions, and maintaining accurate client and policy records.The ideal candidate will have prior hands-on experience handling commercial insurance policies, workflows, and account servicing, as well as native or professional-level bilingual fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English. You will be working closely with international teams, clients, and carriers, requiring strong communication and interpersonal skills.

What You Will Do
- Quote and submit commercial insurance policies to carriers
- Build comprehensive carrier applications and handle the quoting and requoting process
- Manage the full lifecycle of policy servicing, including endorsements, policy updates, and Certificates of Insurance (COIs)
- Conduct proactive renewal follow-ups and manage renewal email communication sequences
- Execute policy cancellations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain immaculate, up-to-date client and policy records inside the agency management platforms
- Conduct routine CRM and carrier platform audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Function as a reliable bridge between top U.S. insurance carriers and internal agency team members
- Navigate agent portals and submit applications directly to top U.S. carriers
What We Are Looking For
- 1+ years of professional experience specifically working in commercial lines insurance operations
- Native or professional-level bilingual fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English
- Direct, hands-on experience utilizing Applied Epic, EZLynx, and PL Rater
- Demonstrated experience completing, reviewing, and preparing standard ACORD documentation for carrier underwriting
- Prior experience navigating agent portals and submitting applications directly to top U.S. carriers
- High attention to detail, strong data entry accuracy, and a proactive approach to managing renewal deadlines and carrier requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

- Experience working with major insurance management systems and software
- Knowledge of the U.S. insurance landscape and regulations
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and tools
- Certification in insurance or a related field, such as CPCU or ARM
