Job Description

## About the Role As a Commercial Lines Account Associate at Savvital, you will play a critical role in supporting a U.S.-based commercial insurance agency. This role requires prior hands-on experience handling commercial insurance policies, workflows, and account servicing. You will be working closely with international teams, clients, and carriers, making bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish essential.

The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the U.S. insurance landscape, exceptional organizational habits, and experience working with major insurance management systems. This role is highly suited for professionals who are detail-oriented, possess strong data entry accuracy, and have a proactive approach to managing renewal deadlines and carrier requirements.

## What You Will Do - Quote and rate commercial insurance policies, building comprehensive carrier applications - Handle the quoting and requoting process to ensure optimal coverage options - Complete, update, and process standard ACORD forms to prepare highly accurate policy documentation for carrier submissions - Manage the full lifecycle of policy servicing, including handling endorsements, processing policy updates, and issuing Certificates of Insurance (COIs) - Conduct proactive renewal follow-ups, manage renewal email communication sequences, and execute policy cancellations accurately - Maintain immaculate, up-to-date client and policy records inside the agency management platforms - Conduct routine CRM and carrier platform audits - Function as a reliable bridge between top U.S. insurance carriers and internal agency team members to ensure smooth policy progression, binding, and issue resolution

## What We Are Looking For - 1+ years of professional experience specifically working in commercial lines insurance operations - Native or professional-level bilingual fluency in both written and spoken Spanish and English - Direct, hands-on experience utilizing Applied Epic, EZLynx, and PL Rater - Demonstrated experience completing, reviewing, and preparing standard ACORD documentation for carrier underwriting - Prior experience navigating agent portals and submitting applications directly to top U.S. carriers - High attention to detail, strong data entry accuracy, and a proactive approach to managing renewal deadlines and carrier requirements

## Nice to Have - Experience working with major insurance management systems - Knowledge of U.S. insurance regulations and compliance requirements - Certifications in insurance or a related field
