About the Role

The Commercial Operations Analyst role at Pavebank is a vital part of the company's efforts to redefine the convergence of traditional finance and digital assets. The commercial team at Pavebank is responsible for driving business growth and expansion, and as a Commercial Operations Analyst, you will be at the heart of this effort. What You Will Do

  • Support commercial reporting and prepare insights for the leadership team to guide decision-making
  • Assist in the client onboarding process, coordinating across internal teams to ensure a smooth experience
  • Track and maintain the commercial pipeline, ensuring accurate records of client opportunities
  • Manage and optimize CRM workflows to improve visibility and efficiency
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying ways to streamline commercial operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business development activities
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support to the commercial team as needed
  • Develop and implement process documentation to ensure consistency and scalability

What We Are Looking For

  • Prior experience in commercial, operations, or analytical roles
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and utilizing AI tools and automation software
  • Excellent communication skills in English, with additional languages a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Knowledge of digital assets and cryptocurrency is a plus, but not required
