What You Will Do

• Create deliverables for common requests in the real estate domain, including but not limited to market analyses and property valuations.
• Review peer-developed deliverables to ensure quality, accuracy, and adherence to company standards.
• Diagnose and solve real issues in real estate to advance AI model capabilities, collaborating with the development team as necessary.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the real estate market, including trends, regulations, and technological advancements.
• Utilize Excel and other tools to analyze complex data sets and prepare comprehensive reports.
• Work closely with the development team to integrate real estate expertise into AI models, enhancing their capabilities and accuracy.
• Provide training and support to junior team members, contributing to the growth and development of the team.
• Participate in project planning, setting goals and objectives that align with company strategies and initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of professional experience in commercial real estate, with a proven track record of success.
• Excellent written communication skills, with strong grammar and spelling.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with proficiency in tools and software that facilitate remote collaboration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop informed insights.
• Experience with Excel and other data analysis tools, with the ability to learn new software and technologies.
• A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as real estate, business, or finance.
• Professional certifications, such as a real estate license, are highly valued but not required.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI or machine learning models, particularly in the context of real estate.
• Familiarity with programming languages, such as Python or R, and data analysis libraries.
• Previous experience in a remote work setting, with a track record of successfully managing projects and collaborating with distributed teams.
• Knowledge of Canadian real estate laws and regulations, with an understanding of how these impact commercial transactions.
