What You Will Do

  • Manage the renewal process for existing clients, ensuring timely and accurate policy updates
  • Conduct thorough reviews of client documentation to ensure data integrity and accuracy

What We Are Looking For

  • Valid broker license for your province, with at least 1+ years of P&C experience
  • Previous commercial broking experience, with a strong understanding of client needs and market trends
  • Professional development, such as CIP, CAIB, or CRM designation, is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple language
  • Proven ability to utilize digital tools and platforms to manage workflows and client data
