- Take ownership of targeted outreach to potential clients through cold calls and personalized messages
- Conduct discovery meetings and process analysis with key stakeholders to ensure a strong handover of qualified demo opportunities
- Craft tailored value propositions by understanding the unique pain points of industrial stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Sales
- Continuously improve outbound sales tactics, staying ahead of the market by updating commercial knowledge and tracking industry trends
- Prioritize complex tasks with clients, identifying potential bottlenecks to push deals forward
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
- Analyze customer needs, providing feedback to the product development team to improve the solution
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of BLP Digital's products and services
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company's customer base
What We Are Looking For
- Fluency in German (essential if based in DACH) and English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in STEM, Psychology, Business, or a related field
- Confidence in picking up the phone, following scripts, and asking open-ended questions
- Attention to detail, with the ability to accurately track information in HubSpot
- Structured thinking and organization, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Resilience and ability to handle rejection, maintaining momentum through long sales cycles
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a natural curiosity and drive to find creative solutions
- Experience with sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Familiarity with AI-first solutions and sales technologies (desired)
