About the Role
Triple Whale is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager to lead and enhance our Commercial Sales team. This remote position requires an individual adept at managing and developing high-performing sales teams, optimizing processes, and exceeding revenue goals.Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Mid-Market Account Executives, providing hands-on coaching and development.
- Oversee the daily execution of sales strategies to exceed targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Enablement to streamline workflows.
- Leverage SaaS sales expertise to enhance deal execution.
- Track performance metrics and provide transparent reporting.
- Foster a culture of accountability and continuous learning within the team.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing Mid-Market or Commercial sales teams.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas as both a manager and individual contributor.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel are essential.
