## About the Role The Commercial Solutions Program Manager role is a critical part of Stripe's Global Business Services team, responsible for developing, launching, and maintaining commercial constructs and programs that drive revenue for the company. This role entails managing large-scale, cross-functional programs that have a significant impact on Stripe's business, often requiring first-of-their-kind solutions and initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, commercial solutions, and change management, as well as excellent communication and executive presence skills. As a Commercial Solutions Program Manager, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including sales teams, sales leaders, services/support teams, product teams, and cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and scale commercial programs. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth through the development of transformative commercial constructs and programs, while ensuring operational and programmatic excellence across deal cycles. The Commercial Solutions team at Stripe is responsible for ensuring the company's go-to-market strategy is aligned with its overall mission and vision. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in driving change across the organization, positively impacting Stripe users, and contributing to the company's continued growth and success. ## What You Will Do - Independently lead large-scale, cross-functional commercial or launch readiness programs that have Stripe-wide impact - Manage and lead highly complex programs that require considerable resources and high levels of complex functional and technical integration and knowledge - Support the commercial program deal motion, partnering with Deal Pricing and/or Deal Strategy Strategists, sellers, and internal stakeholders to solution custom commercial approaches - Work cross-functionally with sales teams, sales leaders, services/support teams, product teams, and cross-functional teams to develop, launch, and scale commercial programs - Identify, surface, and action systemic, broad issues and gaps, proposing holistic solutions to address root causes - Navigate and resolve complex problems, often with limited precedent or guidance - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sales teams, product teams, and cross-functional teams - Create and deliver executive-level presentations and reports to communicate program status, progress, and results - Collaborate with the Commercial Solutions team to develop and refine commercial constructs and programs - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve program management and commercial solutions ## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in program management, commercial solutions, or a related field - Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, cross-functional programs - Strong background in commercial solutions, including experience with programmatic, pricing frameworks, and deal strategy - Excellent communication, presentation, and executive presence skills - Ability to navigate complex, dynamic environments and prioritize multiple tasks and projects - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large data sets - Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and services/support teams - Strong understanding of Stripe's business, including its products, services, and go-to-market strategy - Experience with Excel, including data analysis, modeling, and reporting ## Nice to Have - Experience with program management tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira - Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI - Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Google Cloud - Certification in program management, such as PMP or Agile ## Benefits and Perks - Competitive salary and equity package - Comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance - Flexible PTO and parental leave policies - Remote work stipend and equipment budget - Access to professional development and training opportunities - Collaborative, dynamic work environment with a talented team of professionals - Opportunity to work on high-impact projects that drive revenue growth and business success
