About the Role
The Commercial/Enterprise Account Executive role at Keepit is a pivotal position that will drive the company's continued expansion in the Belgian market. As a key member of the sales team, you will primarily focus on commercial segment customers, with the opportunity to engage with larger enterprise accounts. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and developing long-term relationships with decision-makers.The role is fully remote, preferably based in or near Brussels, allowing for flexibility and autonomy in your work. You will work closely with SDRs, Partner Sales, and Solution Engineers to identify, develop, and close new opportunities. Your expertise in navigating multi-stakeholder environments and tailoring your approach to both mid-market and complex enterprise sales cycles will be invaluable in this position.

What You Will Do
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, including demos and presentations of Keepit's SaaS solution.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers across the commercial segment, with opportunities to work on larger enterprise accounts.
- Navigate multi-stakeholder environments, tailoring your approach to both mid-market and more complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Work closely with SDRs, Partner Sales Managers, and Solution Engineers to develop and execute account strategies.
- Proactively manage your pipeline and provide accurate forecasts on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Collaborate with local and global teams to share insights, align on best practices, and continuously improve how we sell and serve our customers.
- Drive new business opportunities and contribute to Keepit's growth across the Belgian market.
- Identify and pursue new sales leads through networking, research, and social media.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Keepit's products and services, as well as the competitive landscape.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven track record in new business sales, primarily within the commercial segment, with exposure to larger enterprise deals considered a plus.
- Solid understanding of B2B SaaS or IT solution sales, ideally within data protection, cloud, or related technologies.
- Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles, with the ability to engage both mid-level and senior decision-makers.
- Confidence navigating more complex sales processes and longer deal cycles when needed.
- Skilled at building trust-based relationships with customers.
- Collaborative, self-motivated, and adaptable with a strong drive to deliver value.
- Fluency in Dutch or French, and English.
- Based in Belgium, preferably in or near Brussels.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate the value of Keepit's SaaS solution.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
