About the Role

As a Commissioning Site Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading remote site operations, ensuring project goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Develop innovative strategies to achieve project targets.
  • Provide electrical and/or mechanical support to customers and contractors.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers on-site operations.
  • Lead a team of field service engineers and contractors.
  • Monitor project performance in various aspects (cost, schedule, quality, EHS).
  • Oversee subcontracting processes and negotiate contracts effectively.
  • Record product issues and relay feedback to the Engineering and Quality teams.
  • Identify performance issues and lead resolutions to ensure project success.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management and site operations.
  • Strong skills in electrical and mechanical engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to develop field execution strategies and staffing estimates.
