About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local communities to identify potential for community solar projects
  • Conduct thorough assessments of energy needs and propose tailored renewable energy solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth implementation of community solar projects
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing projects to identify areas for improvement

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in renewable energy or sustainability
  • Strong understanding of community solar projects and their benefits
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
  • Experience in project management, preferably in the energy sector
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Proficiency in digital tools related to project management, data analysis, and communication
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, business, or engineering
  • Certification in renewable energy or a related field is a plus
  • Experience in policy advocacy or community outreach is desirable
