About the Role

The Community Education Manager at Softr will play a crucial role in educating and empowering the community to build business apps without code. This involves developing a comprehensive curriculum, creating engaging video tutorials, and hosting interactive workshops. The successful candidate will be the face of Softr for Education, partnering with strategic communities and learning cohorts to expand Softr's reach. What You Will Do

  • Develop and maintain Softr's video library and academy, ensuring that tutorials and case studies are up-to-date and relevant.
  • Plan, host, and execute regular educational workshops with partners, community members, and customers.
  • Create a curriculum that caters to different segments and tracks, depending on where the user is in their journey with Softr.
  • Partner with strategic communities and learning cohorts to expand Softr's educational reach.
  • Be the primary point of contact for educational inquiries and provide support to users.
  • Develop and implement strategies to engage the community, including moderator programs, gamification, and beta testing.
  • Collaborate with the support team to ensure a seamless user experience and address any community-related issues.
  • Analyze feedback and data to improve educational content and community engagement strategies.
  • Represent Softr in demos, tutorials, and other educational events.

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 3 years of experience in instructional design, including scripting and video production.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience in hosting online workshops and events.
  • Comfortable being in front of the camera and representing the company.
  • Passion for no-code tools and understanding of Softr and similar platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with community building and management.
  • Familiarity with tools like Discourse for community forum management.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in a SaaS company or a similar fast-paced startup environment.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing principles and how they apply to educational content.
