## About the Role As a Community Engagement Lead at Openai, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining relationships with local stakeholders, community organizations, and residents. Your primary focus will be on ensuring that Openai's data center developments are met with trust and partnership from the communities they serve. This role requires a unique blend of community affairs, public engagement, and corporate communications expertise, as well as the ability to navigate complex stakeholder relationships. Openai's mission to build safe artificial general intelligence is ambitious and far-reaching, and this role is essential to its success. As a Community Engagement Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing community engagement strategies, translating community feedback into actionable guidance, and representing Openai in public forums. The Stargate team, where this role is based, is central to Openai's mission, setting the core infrastructure strategy and implementing this vision.
