Job Description

About the Role

As a Community Growth professional at Elevenlabs, you will be the face of the company to the developer community, responsible for driving engagement and adoption of Elevenlabs' AI-powered products. Your day-to-day activities will involve traveling to conferences and meetups, giving talks, and running demos to showcase the capabilities of Elevenlabs' technology. You will also be responsible for managing the company's developer-conference sponsorship pipeline, identifying opportunities for growth, and building relationships with key stakeholders.

The Community Growth team at Elevenlabs is a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same. As a key member of this team, you will be expected to be highly adaptable, able to think on your feet, and comfortable with ambiguity. You will be working closely with the product teams to develop example and demo code that highlights the benefits of Elevenlabs' technology, and will be responsible for providing feedback and insights to inform product development.

What You Will Do

Develop and deliver technical talks and presentations to showcase Elevenlabs' AI-powered products
Manage the company's developer-conference sponsorship pipeline, identifying opportunities for growth and building relationships with key stakeholders
Build and maintain relationships with developers, influencing them to adopt Elevenlabs' technology
Develop example and demo code to highlight the benefits of Elevenlabs' technology
Provide feedback and insights to inform product development
Travel to conferences and meetups to give talks, run demos, and engage with the developer community
Collaborate with the product teams to develop and refine Elevenlabs' AI-powered products
Develop and execute strategies to drive community engagement and growth
Analyze metrics and data to inform community growth strategies

What We Are Looking For

Proven public speaking experience, with a track record of delivering technical talks at conferences and meetups
Strong technical communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Experience working with AI-powered technology, particularly in the areas of natural language processing or machine learning
Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with developers and other stakeholders
Experience with community growth and development, particularly in the tech industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze metrics and data to inform community growth strategies
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities

Nice to Have

Experience working with Elevenlabs' AI-powered products, or similar technology
Familiarity with the developer community, particularly in the areas of AI, machine learning, or natural language processing
Experience working in a startup or early-stage company environment
